answers 0:My 1 year old cat just recently has had bad breath. They are primarily on dry food- but get a can of wet food twice a week and a few treats daily. I have cat toothpaste and a cat toothbrush. A few minutes ago I took her and attempted to brush her teeth. I did get a bit of her teeth but she tries to lock her jaws if i get her lip up or she meows and meows the whole time because she doesn't like being held very much. I do not believe she has dental problems because she is young and still has what appears to be healthy, white teeth.
