Which courses should i take for my major in Animal Biology for Arts/Humanities and Social/Behavioral Sciences?

Enriqueta Steffen: I don't think that it really matters if you take psychology or sociology. Either one could be applied to your field...barely, but it could work.

Eldridge Rieves: OK I may be biased but I am a Zoo/Physiology grad from LSU that took a good many animal science classes also. LSU is a research 1 institution but Baton Rouge is still a damn fun place. They have wildlife zoology, animal science, poultry science, dairy science, and aquaculture majors also. Louisiana is very dependent on it's agriculture, forest, seafood, and wildlife tourism. They support these programs well as an A&M college. It is one of the best places to take an ornithology class in the county as so many migratory birds winter in south Louisiana and yeah the Audubon thing kinda got started here. The teaching farm system reaches all about the state. The school of Veterinary Medicine is also in Baton Rouge with all of it's research farms. Be aware that South Louisiana is not really part ! of the USA. It is quite a different culture but generous and fun loving....Show more

Rose Krouse: well if you need them to graduate but dont have much to do with your major, definitely pick something YOU would be interested in; it makes it easier to take. like, i'm a math major but i HAD to take a sociology class before i graduated so i'm taking a racial & cultural minority class...just because it seemed interesting. hope i helped :)

Delmy Varano: Anything that has to do with science and philosophy.
