Edwina Fu: Lagoon is a fun and original type of park. I definitely would not compare it to Disneyland. It's a little more focused on the rides and not little shops. It contains many types of rides including a historic wooden roller coaster, a fun hanging coaster, a wild mouse coaster, and many other normal coasters. It also has many unique rides that aren't usually found at other parks. Like rattlesnake rapids, which is a raft type of ride similar to grizzly river run at Disney's California adventure. And the cliffhanger, which suspends you high in the air while spinning and getting sprayed. I could name all the rides but that would take a while. If your in the mood, you could have an excellent time. The water park is not very large but contains several types of slides and scenery to play on which can supply hours of fun in the hottest part of the day. depending on the day, the waiting time for lines can vary, especially the newer rides. But the average wait tim! e in my opinion would be about ten to fifteen minutes unless you select the perfect day. My favorite rides would probably be three coasters called "wicked" , "the bat", and "colossus", and the go carts which unfortunately cost an extra five dollars to drive but in my opinion is worth it.
